Stelle (1973) លើកឡើងថា​បរិស្ថានរូប (Physical environment) របស់ថ្នាក់រៀនបម្រើឲ្យមុខងារ៦យ៉ាង ហើយការរៀបចំតុរៀនជផ្នែកមួយនៃ Social contact ដើម្បីបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀន។
